Ingwa Hydropower Company Limited has issued its shares to the local people and general shareholders. The shares of this company shall be listed in Nepal stock exchange and traded in the stock market.
The company follows the project model of Api Power company which is to provide investment opportunities to many shareholders through the public share issue model. I would like to thank the Government of Nepal Ministry of Energy, Department of Electricity Development (DOED) and Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) for their support.
This is a growing company and we are working to develop a few more hydropower projects in different parts of the country. Also, we are working to develop a cascade project after this project is completed. Peaking run-of the river and storage projects are also under study.
I thank the investors of this company.
